As a full-service agency, we prioritize diverse and unique experience, strong points-of-view, and above all, creativity. This position reports directly to the Group Strategy Director.


  • Conduct qualitative and quantitative research in order to identify the best opportunity for the brand to succeed in culture and in business
  • Develop unique points-of-view on the brands’ products and services, and then write creative briefs that breathe life into those points-of-view
  • Create and present compelling and persuasive presentations that bring your point-of-view to life to the creative teams and the clients
  • Collaborate with the day-to-day agency team in order to be deeply involved in the workings of the business and the development of the creative
  • Proactively develop otherwise unseen opportunities for the agency team or the client based on your unique view of the clients’ business situation
  • Show promise as a talent poised to develop into the next generation of agency leadership


  • Natural ability to think both strategically and creatively, and communicate your thinking compellingly and persuasively
  • At ease hustling across multiple projects at a fast-pace with a collaborative team
  • Manage the logistics of research projects such as surveys, discussion guides, etc.
  • Create interesting new research approaches that can yield unexpected consumer insights
  • Write creative briefs and presentations, and present those materials with confidence
  • Experience with syndicated research tools like Simmons, Crimson Hexagon, etc. is a plus
  • Relevant work experience as a strategist in an agency
  • BA/BS is a must, Master’s degree is a plus
