Breathe in
Although we don’t think of late autumn as allergy season, there’s still a host of allergens in the air that can trigger annoying and uncomfortable reactions. And guess what? Breathing clean air is a good thing for us all. Installing a home air purifier is an easy, inexpensive way to mitigate the symptoms of seasonal allergies. At the office, where it can be more challenging to manage air quality, try a small desk fan to increase circulation. Or better yet – get up, get outside and take a deep breath. Fresh air brings fresh thinking.
